Horus’s Online Screening Service (HOSS) has been built from the ground up to allow a seamless interface between the key stakeholders in the screening process.

Management through creating, assessing and closing candidate screening is integrated between the candidates, recruiters, corporate security and Horus, and is efficiently packaged in an online portal accessible anywhere the user has an internet-enabled device.

HOSS provides the backbone to a robust and auditable process that gives key oversight and visibility on the progress and outcome of screening at every level of the business.

Red

Information has been discovered that directly links the applicant to derogatory information.

Amber

The information found may link or positively links the applicant to derogatory information. The Client may wish to carry out further investigations to elucidate the applicant’s suitability for employment.

Green

No derogatory information has been found and is not considered a threat.

If the findings directly link the candidate to derogatory information, Horus will send a thorough report of findings under an ‘Amber’ advisory. This enables the client to make a well-informed decision to either continue the application or to change the decision to ‘Red’, terminating the application.
