We are proud to say that April 2026 marks the 20th Anniversary of Horus Security Consultancy and we plan to celebrate the occasion!

It’s been 20 years since I founded Horus Security Consultancy and on the occasion of our birthday, I’d like to offer a few personal reflections and in particular express my heartfelt thanks to all those who have contributed over the years to the continuing success of the company.

Since our inception we have pioneered the use of publicly available internet research in all of our work. Unlike other less-honourable entities, we have never wavered from following our rock-solid moral compass; it is the corner stone of our work, and the foundation of our principles.

I’m grateful to so many dear friends and colleagues who have been with Horus since the early days. They have shared their expertise and wisdom, often gained from the most challenging and dangerous environments whilst serving their country in the UK or overseas, protecting the freedoms that we enjoy today and keeping us safe.

Together, we have been fortunate to attract many highly motivated and extremely gifted individuals over the years. These people have brought fresh perspectives and new talent. They have taught us a lot along the way, and it has been a pleasure to see their careers develop whether within Horus, or in pastures new.

Also, a heartfelt thanks to our many clients – large and small – we are proud of the trust you have placed in us to be able to support you in ensuring the safety of your students; employees and contractors whilst facilitating the right to lawful protest. This has become even more relevant when implementing Martyn’s Law.

The last 20 years have been challenging for small businesses, like Horus that creates jobs; enables career development opportunities and contributes positively to the Exchequer and local community. Thanks to our strong foundations, huge amounts of hard work and sacrifice from many people, we have survived the ‘Financial Crash’, Brexit, Covid and more recent commercial pressures.

The last 20 years has been a hoot – here’s to 20 more!
