Introduction to our Services: Insight

At Horus Security, our Insight Service supports businesses that operate in challenging environments. Our team thoroughly analyse ethically sourced information, disseminate it to determine threats quickly, then retain it to an evidential standard. Giving your business the reassurance that our material can be used to support you to a recognised legal standard.

Regardless of the threat facing you or your company, the Horus Insight team can provide dependable, credible and relevant intelligence reporting guided by five key principles:

The Intelligence Cycle

This process is known within the security sector as The Intelligence Cycle and is guided by the following principles: accuracy, objectivity, relevance, timeliness and continuous review, so that you can feel safe in the hands of the experts and perform your business activities in total confidence.

Within our Insight Services we offer:

Due to the constantly evolving nature of the threat, the analytical teams ensure that output and information requirements agreed upon with the client are of continued relevance and are proportionate to the client’s needs.

Our Technology:

Our insight technology monitors specific client information requirements, and whether you require daily, weekly or quarterly assessments, we’ll tailor our reporting to when and how you need to be informed.

Within our technology, we provide two main tools that the Insight team use to assist in their research.

The Horus-I app is our intelligence dissemination app that provides an easily accessible 24/7 information network of alerts and events – ‘as they happen that may impact your travel or cause concern to your business.

Insight also utilises the Horus Analysis and Research Toolset (HART) to aid in ‘point in time’ and real-time collection and analysis of digital sources. These tools allow us great flexibility in our capability while at the same time enhancing our ability to evidentially capture open-source information.

All of our services feedback into HART and its continual development is directed by analyst recommendations and observations.
